It is very sad that Makhadzi is still not free from her former manager Rita Dee. Back in January Makhadzi broke news that her former manager had not been paying her for all the work that she has been doing. Makhadzi came forward and admitted that she needed the money to take care of herself and yet Rita Dee was refusing to pay her.
Now for the second time, Makhadzi is still facing problems with her former manager. This time around Makhadzi says that she went to her former manager to ask for her money back, for her previous album “Matorokisi”, including her royalties money and what her former manager did was to go behind her back and claim her money and deleted all her YouTube videos and Makhadzi claims she did not get any money from her.
Makhadzi said that she asked her to claim her money from iTunes but her former manager said she could not because of the lockdown period. She revealed that Rita Dee has not been answering her calls and at the moment she is only surviving on money that she makes from shows. Makhadzi also revealed that she payed for the Picanto car and the ownership has not been changed, as it is still under Rita Dee’s name. Lastly, she said she cannot cope with seeing someone spending her money and she is dealing with depression because of this.
