Tshego has finally won his court case. He recently admitted that he has not been paid for his music by Cassper Nyovest. He mentioned that some of the songs that he has not been paid for are, GARDEN, The vibe etc.
Tshego also revealed that his deal with Cassper Nyovest was not well known, including the fact that Cassper Nyovest has not been earning money from his artists by choice and this gave the people under his record label the chance to be their own boss with their own teams in order to contribute to one goal.
Few days after Tshego went on social media to expose Cassper Nyovest, he won the case and he is going to get his money. In his post, he wrote:
Tshego also mentioned Africori and he revealed that Africori was not the problem as it did not know about the record label sub-accounting its artists. The label was only taking the money that was issued out by Africori and keeping it as their own. Tshego also admitted that he did not sign anything.
He also shared a screenshot of the verdict on the court case. It reads:
“Hi, I hope you are well. Please find hereafter a detailed report of the Royalties generated by Tshego catalogue. Please could you ask your client to sent his banking details, so we can transfer the funds.”
