The lockdown period has left some people unhappy and financially drained. This has also led to people having to figure out ways to make themselves and their families happier. JSomething has opened up about not being able to spend time with his family for ten years and decided to head home to spend time with his family. He admitted that he has been very heartbroken lately, since he has not been able to do what pays him and what he loves to do and enjoys the most. He admitted that it has also been a challenge to make money through other means.
This is what he shared:
“Looking forward to spending the festive at home, with my family. Haven’t done that in over 10 years.
Lately been a little heartbroken with the industry I am in and the effect it’s had on NOT being able to do what pays me but more importantly, what I love to do! That part has been hard to swallow, having to diversify and make money elsewhere has been challenging but being an entrepreneur it’s been somewhat fun and exciting. BUT … not being able to do what I love. Sh*t that’s been hard to deal with, mentally. With that said …
I am hella hella thankful to be home, with my family, around great food and good music. I wanted to encourage you to not be to hard on yourselves, remember this is a mere chapter to your book and more importantly remember this is a GIFTED MOMENT, just to be! Please be safe and responsible, and as my dear mother would constantly remind me, drink water 😂
