A woman went on social media to expose the bad and worst experience she has ever received from Bolt. She got beaten up by a bolt driver after she asked for her change. This was after she was charged a high amount of money, after the driver kept getting lost and making U-turns. When she refused to pay, the driver got out of the car and started swearing at her and it led to the driver being physical with her. She even tried to report the matter to the police but the matter was not taken seriously.
