One of the largest diamonds in the world was discovered in Botswana. The diamond is said to weigh up to 1,098 carats.
The president said f Botswana Mr Mokgweetsi Masisi set his eyes on the diamond two weeks after it was discovered. The diamond is not heavier than the second largest that was also discovered in Botswana back in the year 2015.
The largest diamond that has ever been discovered was found in South Africa and it weighed 3,106 carat.
