You made false assertions that Miss MODIKA is the proprietor and or an associate of an online journal called Maphephandaba on June 2, 2021 and June 3, 2021, which were illegal and untrue.

“You also stated that you want to make Miss Modika suffer, and that once you see her suffer, happiness and contentment will be your gain!”
4.1. You mentioned the following in your own words:
“Fake and anonymous accounts (whose owners, we know) @evamodika @tebogomokhodi hide behind a picture-less profile while spewing misinformation that harm our brand and lives…”
4.2 By referring to Miss Modika as a mole, you implied or implied that she is an invisible little animal affecting publishing in the online publication, or that she is the real person behind Maphepha Ndaba.
4.3. Using your Instagram account of Doro Mongy Empire, you went live on Instagram in furtherance of the improper and illicit objectives. You encouraged your large following or any interested parties to hear you utter and repeat filthy remarks against Miss MODIKA, calling her unprintable names while demeaning her person and womanhood continuously alerting all to whom it may concern:
(a) One of the people behind maphephandaba is Miss MODIKA;
(b) You will physically assault her and hold her accountable for any prejudices she is accused of instilling in your life.
After being served with the Letter by Miss Modika’s Lawyers, Doro Mongy went on Instagram to share a video of herself setting the letter alight.
