Former Disney star Kyle Massey is in trouble with the law after he missed a court date, in Washington State, America.
It is being alleged that he had immoral communications with a minor.
This is not the first time that we have heard of an Ex-Disney star getting into trouble with the law.
The actor has claimed that this is not true as this is a way to extort from him.
He has allegedly missed the first court date, he then missed the postponed court date, which led to the judge of the case being fed up.
His lawyer has revealed that they were never served to court.
