Amanda black’s boyfriend of three years has dumped her.
Amanda Black has decided to make some cash, by creating some music that has to do with her breakup. Now obviously her album will be full of so much power in her voice.
I cannot wait for people to hear this side of me, the singer said.
People don’t talk more about how they became okay, and this is what the album is about. She also realised that she ignored her emotional and physical issues, due to being in a battle and it led to her neglecting herself, she said.
Amanda went through a painful breakup, few weeks before the president announced the hard 21 day Lockdown period, after being in the relationship for three years.
After the breakup, all her plans were put aside, and she shut down completely after realising that she has a lot of things happening at the same time.
She also went through a mental block for a period of two to three months, which is why she went home to heal and reconnect with herself.
The singer said her breakup made her heal from a lot of things that she went through apart from her breakup.
This time helped her heal from her drama with her record label, including everything that had to do with her personal life while growing up.
While she was home healing, the singer said that she was not able to express to her family that she cannot get out of bed and she went through an unexplainable darkness.
Lastly, Amanda black said: “I have realised my need to talk and my power to talk. I only attributed it to the music for sometime and allowed people to tell me that it’s in the music. I am black and and am a South African citizen, and that is something to speak out on.. I have found my voice again and I am here to use it”
