On Tuesday it was reported that a 31 year old man suspect, was at around 13:00 fatally wounded during an alleged firearm shoot out with the police at mmatswale township outside Musina, located in Limpopo South Africa.
Police received this information about the shoot out and believably dangerous suspect who, together with his companions where allegedly terrorising the community around musina with armed robbery and other dangerous crimes.
A dedicated team of local members reached a decision to conduct a proper search operation at the identified location. The members were in luck when they apprehended the alleged suspect, and this came after the suspect started shooting at the the local members, which led to the members shooting back at the suspect, leading to him getting shot and getting killed on the spot.
The police recovered five illegal firearms, two pistol, rifle and one bullet gun during the the incident
The guns were found to have been used on several cases of murders and attempted murders previously and a case for illegal firearms was opened.
The suspect, is said to be a Zimbabwean man, with proper training, for him to have tried to pull off such a dangerous mission.
It was so bad that some of the robbers dead bodies were later found lying in different peoples yards and homes, including a number of used bullets that are still getting picked up by an exhausted team of people trusted to do so.
A group of appointed police officers are currently under going serious investigations on this illegal shootout.
