According to Sunday World, Bianca Naidoo is contesting the inheritance of her baby daddy, the artist Riky Rick, who allegedly committed suicide in February without leaving a will. It is said that she has filed a lawsuit against the Minister of Home Affairs Aaron Motsoaledi in an effort to get the government to acknowledge her status as the artist’s wife.
Before he passed unexpectedly in February of this year, it is thought that the rapper had acquired endorsement deals with companies such as African Bank, Russian Bear, Kiwi, and Vaseline. He also reportedly possessed a Mercedes-Benz AMG GTS coupe, a Ferrari, and other luxury vehicles.According to the publication, the rapper earned millions of rand in royalties in addition to his other accomplishments.
According to the application that was submitted, the mother of two and the rapper were “partners in a permanent opposite-sex living partnership, with the same or equivalent qualities as a marriage after hitting it off.
If she and her legal team are successful, Naidoo will be named Ricky’s executor and will be one of his beneficiaries from his inheritance. The entrepreneur goes on to say that she and the late rapper developed a financial dependent on one another due to the fact that she handled all of the administrative responsibilities associated with the musician before he passed away.
